The development, which opened between October and December 2000, consists of
46 500m² lettable area situated on a major intersection in Krugersdorp. The major anchors in the centre are Pick ‘n Pay and Woolworths with virtually every national fashion tenant being represented in the centre. A broad spectrum of national restaurants are also included in the tenant mix, concentrated in the waterfront area (see photo), a large family entertainment outlet and 8 cinemas are also part of the centre. This development is an enclosed mall development with central courts and roof lights over these courts. The centre has become the regional shopping centre for Krugersdorp and surrounding area.
The motor city has been completed and is tenanted by Tiger Wheels & Tyre, The Garage (Shell), PG Autoglass, Speedy, Motoradio, Tommy Martin Delta and Minute Man Press.
This development was sold in 2002.
