This project consisted of purchasing the old post office in the Florida CBD and then completely converting the building and enlarging it to accommodate a 1 000m² FNB branch. The building is situated in the main road of Florida on one of the busiest corners. On site parking has been provided behind the bank for customers. This new modern building has become a landmark in the town.
The building was sold in 1998.
