This new development of 28 000m² will be an L shaped, split-level centre with basement and open parking.  The following tenants have been secured : Checkers, Woolworths,  Edcon group, Foschini Group, Mr Price Group, Clicks Group as well as restaurants and  banks amongst others.  The centre is located in the Southern Suburbs of Kimberley, on Oliver Road, the main road from Bloemfontein with excellent exposure and promises to be another successful Keystone Investments development.

The 50% share held by Broadbrush Investments 49 was sold to Resilient Property Income Fund in April 2006.
