Arbour Town Update - November 2007

The earthworks on Arbour Crossing are done and construction commenced in October 2007 & earthworks on The Galleria are well under way with the opening dates set for October 2008 and October 2009 respectively.

The Grove - Equestria, Tshwane

Keystone Investments in partnership with Resilient Property Fund have secured a 10 hectares site on the corner of Lynwood Road and Simon Vermooten Road, Equestria, Pretoria.

The site is already zoned for retail and commercial development of 40 000m², and the opening date is set for April 2009.

We are creating a very special up market regional centre with an extensive range of home wares and decorating, a very up market fashion mall and the open grove area, which will host the very best in restaurants, entertainment and cinemas.

Boardwalk @ Inkwazi - Revamp & Extension

The much awaited revamp and extension of The Boardwalk Shopping Centre in Richards Bay has gotten underway at the start of the year.

The anticipated opening date of the revamp and entertainment area is 15 November 2007, and the extension opening date is 24 April 2008.
